Here’s a question worth asking: When was the last time that you put some serious elbow grease into seeing one of your ideas successfully carried from ideation to implementation?
If the answer is “not recently,” you’re likely to be challenged by this Nolan Bushnell quote — which I found in a recent bit on George Couros’s blog:

Talk about a professional wake-up call, huh? Bushnell’s point is that simply HAVING good ideas isn’t enough. Change agents ACT on those good ideas.
